Bring your little goblins to downtown Ballard on HALLOWEEN for Trick or Treat in Ballard! The neighborhood’s favorite fall tradition returns Saturday, October 31 from 4 – 6 PM. Ballard families and their costumed kiddos, 12 years old and under, are invited to stroll our historic cobblestone streets and gather goodies from dozens and dozens of participating businesses.
