Chef Quan prepares a new menu of 5 vegan gluten-free courses paired with organic wine, and shares his process in creating every step of the menu. He's passionate about sustainable fine dining and reducing food waste and will show you creative ways to prepare what's fresh. At this dining experience, the Chef will share his take on spring dishes and farm-to-table inspired dishes. This is intimate family style dining where you'll meet like minded people and enjoy thoughtfully prepared dishes.
