This one-hour special begins in Reykjavík, with endearing sights and thermal pools, plus a side-trip to the Golden Circle's gorges, geysers, and waterfalls. Then, after fording rivers in a desolate valley and spotting puffins on volcano-shaped islands, we drive the 800-mile Ring Road — connecting glaciers, fjords, geothermal hotspots, sod-roofed settlements, and majestic Icelandic nature.

Back by popular demand, Northwest Viking Alliance elder William Goetz will teach us the basics of runes and runic writing during the Viking Age. This class will cover the development and evolution of runic systems along with linguistic progressions in the respective cultures who used them, as well as the practical use of runes for writing and how they were generally utilized.

The Queens of the Hall return for a Summer Drag Brunch! Queen Andrew & Beau Degas will work the beer hall runway as you kickoff your Sunday Funday activities. Chef Jon will be preparing a special brunch menu featuring our Nordic spin on breakfast classics and crowd favorites from our regular menu. Our full bar will be open. Each ticket includes entry cover + a $20 bar/food credit to apply towards your order. Doors open at 12p with the show at 1p. This event is welcome to all ages.
