DESCRIPTION:Rooftop Brewing Co. will host a pint night to benefit Washington Water Trust on Thursday\, April 16 from 4 to 7 pm! Chat with WWT about their work to keep local rivers and streams flowing while sipping one of Rooftop Brewing Co.’s small-batch draft beers. \nRooftop Brewing Co. will donate $1 per pint purchased during this pop-up to WWT to support local river restoration. Rooftop is a Seattle-based craft brewery that makes\, “…artisan beers with an emphasis on quality\, approachability\, and a little bit of whimsy.” They are now pouring at the Jolly Roger Taproom\, which offers a rotating selection of craft brews by Rooftop and Maritime Pacific Brewing Co. \nThe taproom is located at: \nRooftop Brewing Co. at the Jolly Roger\n1111 NW Ballard Way\nSeattle\, WA 98107 \nThe Jolly Roger Taproom also offers a full food menu that includes appetizers\, salads\, burgers\, fish\, and more. \nAs part of Washington Water Trust’s spring fundraising drive\, proceeds from this pop-up will be matched to make a bigger splash for local rivers and streams.
