Open since 2000, Ballard Farmers Market is Seattle's first year-round neighborhood farmers market selling produce exclusively from Washington state farmers. The Market has operated along the historic cobblestone stretch of Ballard Avenue NW between Vernon Place and 22nd Avenue. We hope you will visit us soon and plan to spend the day exploring one of the gems of Seattle. Open every Sunday rain or shine!
Channel Marker Cider is excited to be hosting live acoustic music from local artists every Tuesday 6:30-8pm! Entry is free and open to all ages and our taproom allows dogs and outside food. Bring your friends and come enjoy some local talent with delicious craft cider!
On the First Thursday of every month, general admission to the Museum is free! When selecting First Thursday tickets, your complimentary discount will be applied at checkout. Reserve your tickets in advance online and make sure to stop by the Admissions Desk to check in for First Thursday. Walk-ins welcome!
*Access to special exhibitions is available for $5 per person on First Thursdays. Tickets may be purchased at the Admissions desk at any time during your visit.
Sound the horns... we’re hosting our next Community Feast Night! Many of the Viking Feasts on our menu are designed for much larger groups, but we realize you don't all roll in packs of 30! This is your chance to try our heralded Whole King Salmon with whatever size group suits you. Come be treated like a Jarl. Meet some new people at our long communal tables. And eat, drink, and be merry!

Join us in the heart of the action for Seattle's Annual Celebration of Norwegian Constitution Day. As Ballard's only Nordic Beer Hall, we are the PARTY to be at on Syttende Mai! Doors open at 11:00AM with open seating all day. There will be live Nordic music from 11:30am-6:30pm in our outdoor street café. We’ll be featuring a special menu with lots of pølse and aquavit! There will also be a street-side walk-up grill from 4-7:30pm with takeaway food for the parade.
Ballard SUMMER Cocktail Trail will turn our neighborhood into a swanky cocktail lounge of fun on Saturday, JUNE 14 from 5-8 PM. Tickets are NOW ON SALE! Tell your friends and get your tickets before they sell out.
Ten boutique shops will transform into snazzy cocktail tasting lounges for one incredible evening. Each location will feature a unique and deliciously crafted cocktail for tasting. We use the finest hand-crafted ingredients and showcase a variety of spirits for participants to enjoy.
Celebrate your mother-figures with some scratch-baked goodies from Floranda bakery on Saturday, May 10! Neil & Ashley will have a variety of yummy desserts the whole family will love. Their cookies, puffs and cakes are a fusion of Filipino and American flavors including ube, calamansi, chocolate, berry and espresso. We can’t wait to see what beautiful and tasty items they create for us! Swing by Niche on Saturday, 5/10 between 11am and 2pm!
