Come join us as we delve deeper into Japanese green teas in our first focused workshop! This will be an interactive class and a tasting, for both the experienced tea connoisseur and the tea beginner. We will walk through the history, styles, regions, and preparation techniques of each variety (Karigane, Sencha, Kabusecha, Gyokuro and Hojicha).
