We will be serving hot food, Scandinavian baked items (cookies, lefse, bløtkake), coffee, soda and more. Demonstrations of various Norwegian treats and crafts. Enjoy some Tastes of Norway and celebrate Norwegian Culture and Heritage with music and demonstrations of many traditional foods and handcrafts taking place throughout the day. Artists will demonstrate baking and crafts such as woodcarving, nålbinding, Scandinavian weaving and textiles, Viking life, and rosemaling.
