After two and a half years of solid touring on the critical success of Absolute Loser, Fruit Bats is getting in a van again with its new single and announcement of signing with Merge Records. 'Getting In A Van Again' is accompanied by a short film by director Jonny Look, which documents Eric D. Johnson in the studio with fictional emotional engineer Baron Levi and his quest to find the perfect sound. A new album will follow in 2019.
