"Emile and the Café on the Corner" is a series of sequential cartoon illustrations in 10 framed scenes exposed at Mabel Coffee shop (Ballard, Seattle) by local artist, Lars Larrowby.

This exhibit presents a boy named, Emile, and his dog, Bernard, discover the wonders of a local coffee shop, and celebrates the wonderful baristas who serve everyday with passion and provide a sense of belonging and community.
