Niche is pleased to have artist Kristin Loganbill lead a block printing workshop on Sunday, March 22 from 3 to 5:30pm! Kristin will instruct participants in the methods and materials needed to create a pleasing block printed design and print two linen tea towels to take home.

Participants will learn how to draw, transfer and carve their own design onto a block, then print with non-toxic, fast drying inks. They will also be able to use Kristin’s pre-carved blocks consisting of many different designs including birds, flowers, plants, abstracts and more.

The cost includes two linen towels, a 2×3 inch rubber block, use of all tools needed to create a finished block, a choice of many colors of fabric ink to use in class as well as light snacks and beverages.

This workshop is limited to 10 people, minimum age 16, please. Come get creative at Niche!
