Ballard is kicking off summer with a new event: 🌈 BALLARD REGNBUE (RAYN-boo-uh: Rainbow in Norwegian & Danish). Ballard Regnbue is an all-day Pride Festival and Pride Match Day Soccer Watch Party. We are closing down the north side of Ballard Ave NW & 22nd Ave NW on JUNE 26 and transforming the heart of our neighborhood into a FREE community celebration of PRIDE, soccer and all the things that make Ballard the best neighborhood in Seattle. EVERYONE is welcome!

We have an incredible event planned. It starts at 11:30 AM with a welcome by our fabulous emcee for the day: the one and only, Sativa The Queen! The talented DJ SummerSoft will keep everyone movin’ & groovin’ all day long. We will be showing three soccer matches on a jumbo screen including the Pride Day Match between Iran and Egypt. There will be a market with all Ballard vendors including some yummy surprises from our friends at Rough and Tumble Pub, Spice Waala and Skål Beer Hall to name a few. This all-ages event will feature kids’ activities hosted by Illumination Learning Studio and the National Nordic Museum. Get artsy with us by helping us create community-painted mural panels that represent Pride Match Day designs inspired by local artists Sharon Blyth-Moss and Shayla Hufana. Ballard FC and Salmon Bay FC will lead a soccer activity area and all of our Ballard shops and restaurants will be ready to welcome you!

This action-packed day will feature a variety of entertainment including a drag show. Come celebrate with us at Ballard Regnbue on June 26th from 11:30 AM until 10 PM in the heart of Ballard!
