We are also known as the Seattle Economic Development Fund. We provide financial and technical support to entrepreneurs who would not otherwise have access to financial services. We support community development by assisting small businesses owned and operated by people of color, women, veterans and immigrants. Our lending guidelines are more flexible than traditional banks. Our organization was founded in 1997 as Community Capital Development and is a certified financial institution.
