Print maker and artist Kristin Loganbill of Moontea Artwork is leading a 2nd block printing workshop this week at Niche! Join us on Thursday, October 29 from 6 to 8:30pm when Kristin will instruct participants in the methods and materials needed to create a pleasing block printed design AND print two linen tea towels to take home.

Participants will learn how to draw, transfer and carve their own design onto a block, then print with non-toxic, fast drying inks. They will also be able to use Kristin’s pre-carved blocks consisting of many different designs including birds, flowers, plants, abstracts and more.

The cost is $120 per student which includes two linen tea towels, a 2×3 inch rubber block, use of all tools needed to create a finished block, a selection of many colors of fabric ink to use in class as well as light snacks and beverages.
