Ballard Farmers Market
For the past 25 years, rain or shine, every Sunday from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Ballard Avenue NW and 22nd Avenue NW transform into a bustling farmers market with so much to offer visitors and locals.
Seattle’s first year-round farmers market is home to dozens of stalls featuring farm fresh produce, meats, baked goods, flowers, arts and crafts and with the friendliest vendors to boot! On any given Sunday, visitors will find a wide variety of vendors selling the freshest items of the season, live entertainment and the delicious scents of local food vendors in the air. This family and pet friendly market also has special events throughout the year like a Pride Parade, pet costume parades and holiday activations.
The Ballard Farmers Market is a part of the Seattle Farmers Market Association that includes farmers markets in: Ballard on Sundays, Wallingford on Wednesdays, Madrona on Fridays and Madison/Central District on Saturdays.
Pro-tip: make sure you visit the market in July during peak berry season. Your tastebuds will thank you for offering them the the most flavorful fresh raspberries they’ve ever tasted.
