It began in 1974 as a community celebration of Ballard’s historic connection to the fishing industry and Nordic roots. The free 3-day festival attracts over 75,000 people who come to enjoy the salmon barbecue & much more: local music, arts and crafts, family entertainment, a beer garden, FESTI-BOWL, and lots of seafood! FRIDAY Night kicks off with a DJ, food trucks: Paella House, Where Ya At Matt, Nosh and Off the Rez and Beer Garden at 5pm then #All4Doras and Nite Wave will rock the MainStage!
