Ballard Historical Society plans to honor the oldest continuously running Ballard Restaurant, Hattie’s Hat, at 8AM on 2/14. Heart bombing is a form of advocacy created by the National Trust for Historic Preservation where pix are snapped with valentine's in front of a loved building or institution.
